Well, the only one I've read on the list is Survivor in Death which was really good. Definitely one of the most gripping tales in the (In Death) series.

I've read 3, I think. The Devil to Pay, Survivor in Death and Gabriel's Ghost. Those, at least, were all very good. Oh, and I want to try the one which one for inspirational. I'm an agnostic and don't read in that genre at all, but Heavens to Betsy does sound interesting.

I've only read THE TEXAN'S REWARD - and honestly it was totally a "C" book for me. Way too many secondary characters that took the story off focus, plus the hero and heroine spend quite a bit of time apart. It was well written and all, but gotta say I was a bit disappointed. Still, it's a WESTERN and it won a RITA! Of course Susan Kay Law won last year then Avon dumped her - so not sure it truly makes a difference.
Oh, and none of the others are even in my TBR.

The only one that I've read is Survivor in Death. I recognize a couple more (Gabriel's Ghost and The Devil to Pay) but the majority are titles and authors I've never heard of. :sigh: I think I'm well read within the romance genre, then I see one of these lists and feel totally out of the loop.

I've only read The Devil To Pay. The only other ones that have previously caught my attention are the In Death one and The Reputable Rake.
