You put hte link outside the image.....
image link goes here but blogger won't let me do it
I put spaces to see if it'd show up but there are no spaces. Of course I do all mine manually too =)

CRAP! I just thought about the fact there is a trainee tonight!!!!!!!!!! sucks rocks... hopefully he won't be with me but with the people who DO the audit.
