    sexing up the cover
    The Great Scot was
    And is now

So which cover do you like better? If it helps here is the blurb
    :

Location coordinator Erin McGregor knows she’s finally found the perfect setting for her romance reality show, Your Prince Charming. The Chisholm clan stronghold in the Scottish Highlands has it all—romantic moors, windswept cliffs, misty lochs, a four-hundred-year-old castle, and possibly the most gorgeous man she’s ever laid eyes on in chieftain Dylan Chisholm. Nothing like a guy with a sexy accent and a big…turret to make a girl all wonky-kneed. Right. No time for wonky. Time to get over her fixation with the Hot Scot and get back to business. And Erin will…any minute now…

With his three youngest brothers spoken for, Dylan Chisholm is at the top of his village’s matchmaking list. Now they’ve sent some impish, forthright American lass up to tempt him into a devil’s bargain: He can let the Yanks use his castle to film their foolish romance show, and in exchange, he’ll get the money his village desperately needs. It took a tragic loss to get Dylan to embrace his heritage and his duty. He can’t turn away from such a promising offer. But keeping his thoughts off Erin McGregor is another matter. She’s everything he never wanted in a woman, and suddenly, she’s everything he craves in every way possible…

    1. I actually like them both ~ the second one is a lot sexier though.

    2. I vote for the first one, it has some personality. The second is like a stock photo. Could be any romance/erotic romance being published this year.

    3. Well, I think pic # 2 is definately sexier but like Laura says it could be any book published this year. Think #1 is cheesy but goes with the blurb better. What has the dog got in his mouth?? Looks like a spare pair of socks in case of puddles!!!

    4. Well, does the book really have a Westie in it? If it does I vote for one. If the book is a paranormal I vote for two.

    5. I vote for the new one only because animals/pets on the covers drive me nuts. Hate them.

    6. Oh I go for the second one! The first one looks like it could be a Harlequin cover

    7. second, newer cover for me too. and I'm going to hunt down the book now ... the blurb reads like another fun romp in the highlands.
      Yippee! More books for me.

    8. I would never have looked at the first cover. To mainstream, lad lit fiction look to it. Not very sexy or romantic.

    9. I would say I liked the first cover better, but what's with the dog with the sock? The first cover says "Chick Lit" and the second says "Romance."
