It's a case of internet communication mostly, Sybil. She's a very nice person, but unless she drowns a comment in smilies, tends to "sound" terse when she's really not. :)

OOh, great news about Linda Howard's new book ~ I read somewhere that it's called Inferno. Hopefully she will go back to her romance roots as her last few books have been too heavy on the suspense and way too light on the romance . . . for my tastes.
Cover Of Night is certainly gathering lots of reviews ~ most of them saying the same thing!!
