    Guest Author: EC Sheedy

    Today's Bad Boy Author is

    the fabulous

    EC Sheedy!

She has three Brava Bad Boy Books under her belt:

Bad Boys Southern Style (love that title), Bayou Bad Boys and Bad Boys Next Exit.

As well as some romantic suspense books that even I want to read. Her next Brava looks amazing! I love that cover but more on that later *eg*.

EC Sheedy is another blogless author so it was fun to learn more about her. And given my lack of interest in things RS, I am glad my bad boy interest led me her way ;).

Over Her Dead Body sounds like a good read as well, any rec's out there?

First the important question: How do you as an author define a bad boy?

{EC Sheedy:} LOL. This is one tricky question, Sybil. I think a bad boy is so good he’s just b-a-d, hot, seductive, virile, expert in bed, and real work to reel in. But once you’ve got him . . .

How about this definition from the online slang dictionary: bad adj 1. very good, excellent; COOL, AWESOME.
    2 Comments:
    1. You need a rec for a romantic suspense? Anything by EC Sheedy, Room 33, Pure Evil, as well as Over Her Dead Body. One of my fave things is that EC doesn't do serial killers. Yuk...how many bedwetting, fire-starting animal torturers must we read about?

But in Sheedy's books, you have a full range of creepy suspenseful goings-on. Sometimes I'm reminded of really good Hitchcock movies...you know, that dark, gothic feeling that some baddie is just waiting for you to open a door...
