Have you read something Ice by Galen Foley? The cover is blue, methinks. I have it and want to read it but want a review first.

I have liked most of the books in GF series except The Duke. I think you are talking about Lord of Ice? it would be my second least fave but over all I did like it.
It is the one Beth hated muchly in her Smart Bitch post.
