    2. This is the only book that I've read this summer that I couldn't finish. I wanted to like ASTBS but I just had issues with it.

      I think that is two recent books that I liked you didn't ASTBS and The Perfect Rake (I think that was the title). I *think* we both didn't like Master of Pleasure but I could be wrong (I know I didn't like it but not sure about you ;) ).

    4. I do believe that all 3 books you mentioned were on my take to the ubs list.
      And I thought the heroine in ASTBS was a bit too layered in mystery. I like to have some insight into a main characters motivations.
